Q: My husband and I did our nikah with the consent and presence of my family. But his family was not involved, neither informed about it since they were not in favor of the nikah. It's been a year now. My husband's family know about the nikah but to this day there has been no rukhsati or waleemah. Can waleema be done now?

Q: Recently I heard a bayaan that three things happened when our beloved Nabi Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) was born.
1. He was born without an umbilical cord.
2. He was born without any blood stains on his body which usually is the case with every new born baby.
3. He was born with khatnah.
But he didn't mention any reference of Hadith. Before passing on this information to someone else, I would like to ask you if the above mentioned things are mentioned in the mubarak hadith's.
Q: Sometimes after doing ghusl or at other times when I bend my body and when my stomach is pressed I feel as if a drop of urine is dropped. If this happened, can I perform salaah or is it compulsory to change my underwear?
Q: I know a married woman but she is not on good terms with her husband. She has been given one divorce by him but it was taken back. Now she is living with him again. Her husband earns above 60 thousand rupees per month and their monthly expenses are about 50 to 60 thousand rupees and they still save some money. The wife is not working or earning any money. But due to insecurities about her life with her husband, who does not treat her well, she wants to work and start earning for which she wants to join a government institute which is run on a zakat fund. Their admission criteria is that the applicant should be mustahiq-e-zakat.
My question is that, on the basis of the fact that she fears her future with her husband, she wants to earn money to be able to live life of her own if she gets divorced, does she fall in the catagory of mustahiq-e-zakat and can she take admission in that institute which is run through a zakat fund?
Q: During a quarrel with his wife, if a husband says to his wife, "See what I do tomorrow" (his intention was to say that he will divorce her tomorrow). And the next day and the day after he didn't do anything. He just wanted to scare his wife. Will talaaq take place?
Q: During a fight with my wife, I said "Mujhe tumhare sath nahi rehna". I came to know later on that this is a kinaya word of talaq and I am not sure about my niyat while saying these words. Can I redo my nikah to be on the safer side?
