1. A woman was given talaaq baain or talaaq raji. She left her husband’s house and went to stay with her mother.

2. A woman was given talaaq bain or talaaq raji. The house which both husband and wife were staying in belongs to the wife. The wife left her home to go and stay by her parents home.

A: In the above two situations, when the wife left the house of her husband or her house and went to her parents house then she will not be entitled to receive nafaqah.

Q: Does inserting a tampon break ones wudhu?

If I am a major due to istihadha, and I insert a tampon before wudhu then wear khufain, is masah on the khufain valid for the entire salaah duration or do I have to remove it and wash feet each salaah time?

Q: I have some questions regarding the correct Hanafi aqeedah:

1. Is Allah Ta'ala above his arsh?

2. Is the arsh, in the heavens or above the heavens?

3. Is Allah being above his arsh the salafi opinion? If not, what is their opinion so that I don't get confused?

Q: Is it permissible for a person to get a child grant from the government for each of his children. This person is not poor, rather he has an average income.

The reason why he's doubting this is that the child grant is for children whose parents are earning less than R4000. However, he is earning more than that.
