Q: I get my haidh for seven days every month but on the 8th day and sometimes on the 9th day I see a yellow discharge. I am not sure whether to consider this as haidh or not because I experience discharge during my clean days sometimes its clear and sometimes it's yellow.

Q: I hold the opinion that the normal vaginal discharge that a women experiences is najis and that it requires istinjah and wudhu. I know some scholars say that the normal discharge a women gets does not nullify wudhu but i do not agree with this view. I get this discharge constantly such as that I cannot perform a single wudhu or prayer without experiencing this discharge. This discharge is not due to desire and comes out naturally. I am aware that I am a mazoor for this. However sometimes while I am a mazoor for this discharge I also experience madthi which is due to unwanted sexual thoughts or if I look at any guy by accident I get madthi. I am wondering because I am a mazoor for the other normal discharge that a women experiences would I have to redo istinjah and wudhu if I discharge madthi or is this not obligatory upon as I am suffering incontinence with the other normal discharge a women gets which is not due to desire. Please answer my question urgently as this is causing me alot of confusion as to what I am supposed to do.
Q: I live in Mumbai (India) and I am planning to perform Umrah. I will be taking a flight from Mumbai to Jeddah and continue onwards from Jeddah to Makkah via bus/car. I know that I need to be in the state of ihram while passing the Miqaat. I will wear Ihram at Mumbai airport so that all I have to do while passing the Miqaat (in the air) is make the Niyah.
My query is that I do not know when should I make the Niyah so that I am sure I have not missed the Miqaat boundary. I will be travelling in a flight which will not be notifying me when I pass over the Miqaat area. What is the way that I should follow? Should I make Niyah from Mumbai (India) airport OR should I make Niyaah 1 hour before reaching Jeddah? There can be a chance that I do not pass over any specific Miqaat point (rather pass through between 2 Miqaat points), what do I do in that case? ?
Q: If a person is performing tawaf around the Kabah and takes a break for salah, does he have to restart the entire round or can he continue the tawaf from the spot that he stopped?

1. I heard that it is more virtuous for a female to pray at the hotel than praying in the Masjid Nabawi or at the Kabah. Is this true?
2. If so, will she be sinful for praying in these Masjids without need?

Q: When coming back from Hajj/Umrah, Saudi has a rule that each pilgrim may only bring with him 5 litres of zamzam, packed in a special box. People say that the reason for the rule is that they want to avoid water packed in normal bags from spilling on the luggage bands. If a person secretly packs extra zamzam in his normal bags, will he be sinful for breaking the 5 litre rule even if he packs it in a way that he is sure there is no leakage?
