Q: If a girl is given a drug and is not in her right state of mind. She doesn’t agree to the marriage. Is the nikkah valid and does she need divorce from the man?

Q: My husband sent ‘divorce notice form’ according to Bangladeshi Govt divorce form but his intention was to frighten and correct me . In that form he had to give right mark to ‘talaq e bain’ as there is no option there. Within one month a family meeting is occurred and we lived again as husband-wife. Q: Some stores give a card to frequent customers. They give items to card holders for lower prices than other people, and when the items are purchased, they get points which can be used in future to buy things for free from them. Is this allowed?
