Bank dropping off service fees if a certain amount is kept in one's account

Q: I have opened an account in a bank and it offers a free ATM card. One of the features is that if you keep Rs. 25000 in your account then whenever the amount falls below 25k, a certain amount gets deducted on each transaction u make in that month in which the total balance was below 25k. Is it permissible to use such a bank account ?

It is not a saving account but free services like ATM, bankers cheque, sms banking are provided if a certain amount i.e. Rs. 25000.

Building the graveyard boundary pillar on a portion of a grave

Q: There is a qabrastan in our town which runs under the management of our masjid and I work as a supervisor there. As we have limited space in our qabrastan we have to refill the mud every 5 to 10 years because we only have one qabrastan in our town. We have tried a lot to find another place for a qabrastan but unfortunately we were not able to find one because of different circumstances as its a hindu nation and the percentage of Muslims in total is only 4.3%.

We have made 3 gates in a boundary to enter the qabristan and we have to make stairs and pillars. Few months ago, a person passed away and was burried in the same qabristan and unfortunately the pillar that we were making has been placed slightly on his qabr but not totally on it.

We are facing a lot of issues regarding this so can you please inform us if shariah allows us to do this since the work is almost finished and its very hard to break down the pillars again.

The religon of Islam

Q: Is it true that all peaceful verses was abrogated by war verses in the Quraan? Is it also true that Surah Kafiroon was revealed when the Muslims were weak... When Muslims got the power to fight against disbelievers Surah kafiroon was abrogated? Ad-Dahhak bin Muzahim said, it abrogated every agreement of peace between the prophet and any idolator, every treaty and every term. (Tafsir ibn kathir on 9:5) Al-Awfi said that Ibn Abbas commented "No idolator had anymore treaty or promise of safety ever since Surah Bara'ah was revealed (Tafsir ibn kathir on 9:5)

Can you enlighten us with your answer?

Round Tripping

Q: Many businesses today engage in something called “round tripping”. What they do is purchase goods, thereafter they mark the goods for export and claim the vat back, while the actual goods are not exported but are instead sold locally.

From my understanding, in the process, there are lies spoken (lying to suppliers by saying that the goods are going over the border), bribes are given (a payment is made to border officials and revenue officials to stamp documents and release payments from the revenue services) and corruption is taking place. Is this practice allowed in Islam and is it permissible for us to purchase from these businesses?
