Intimacy between spouses

Q: I was looking for a kitaab on sexual relations like what is permissible and what is not but I haven't been able to find clarity on the following:

1) Is your spouse allowed to finger you whilst you're on your haidh

2) Do you only make ghusal after his sexual organ enters your body or do you only make gusal after he ejaculates.

3) If you feel uncomfortable or extreme pain can you stop your husband

4) Is it permissible for a husband to put his mouth onto the sexual organ of his wife

Woman bleeding more than ten days

Q: I am very confused as to when I should be praying again after menses. My bleeding goes beyond 10 days every month. It doesn't stop. I sometimes see yellow discharge. I see only little traces of blood and not a proper flow. I also sometimes see water looking liquid which I am unsure to whether it is discharge or sweat or water. do I follow the rules of ishtihada and start praying after 10 days or do I resume prayer earlier? If I made a mistake and was unsure about when I should start praying, do I need to make the prayers up?

Voting

Q: Today in the jummah sermon, our mufti sahab said that if one does not vote in the upcoming election for any candidate then he will be sinful (gunah gaar for opting not to vote). I dont like to vote as I know that all the candidates in my constituency are not suitable to be elected. Will I be sinfull?

Banks offering discounts when purchasing at certain outlets

Q: In Pakistan, different banks provide discount offers at different restaurants. E.g. Standard Chartered Bank provided 25% discount offer at Domino's Pizza in all outlets of Pakistan on 9th June, 2018. In some cases its up-to 50%, and sometime discount offered is for both debit and credit card. And few times the card category is restricted i.e. only Platinum and Gold Debit/Credit card holders can avail this offer. Is it halal or haram to avail the discount offer.

Eid gifts

Q: My family in the recent years have developed this habit of distributing eid gifts amongst the entire family. Whilst it is totally permissable and sunnah to exchange gifts, the family gathers together and each gift is opened and ooohs an ahhhs are shared.

My concern is this practice may mimic the Kuffar when done on the festive days and secondly with every passing year the gifts somehow need to become more elaborate than the year before since it is presented in a formal gathering of the entire family being present.

Can Mufti saheb please provide some direction of how this sunnah should be practiced when presenting a gift and should this existing practice be kept or done away with?
