Keeping the name Aaniyah

Q: I need to name my daughter. I chose the name "Aaniyah Fateema - عَانِيَة " and " Aaira Fateema". But There is contradiction that Aaniyah name in Surah Ghashia means "In surah 88:5 aaniyah means boiling. عين أنيه..boiling spring.

Being a vegan

Q: What are Islam's views on being a vegan? I understand it is mentioned in the Quran that cattles' milk and meat are also meant to be consumed by mankind, but now with the meat and dairy industry being shady about their actual processes behind the product-making, and maybe we can't always trust that the "halaal" products are even really halaal, where are we supposed to stand? If we choose to take the safest option by eliminating the meat and dairy option completely to show our protest against the slaughterhouses, does that mean we're against our nature as humans?

Sales rep receiving commission

Q: I would like to know about Network Marketing. I heard about a company from one of my best friends which sells products like kitchen items, laptops, smart phones, TV's, Refrigerators, washing machines, sofa sets, CCTV camera solutions and many more use full products. The products are sold at market price and in good quality with a warranty. The company is a government registered company and they pay income tax too.

1. If I purchased a product from them, I can be a dealer (sales rep) if I wish. Is it permissible in Islam?

2. When I recommend this product and start to selling it, I'll receive a direct sale commission. Is it permissible in Islam.?

3. When I achieved my target as a sales rep, I'll be promoted as a leader (supervisor). Then we need to help my reps to achieve their targets. If they achieve their targets, I'll get a group sale commission. If not, I won't get a commission. Is it permissible in Islam? Usually this is how a marketing commission scheme works. Sales executive, Senior sales executive and more promotions are also there.

Niyyat for missed fasts

Q: I have to make up for a lot of fasts I missed, as well as for some that were most likely invalid (due to issues with ghusl). Is the following intention permissible - "I intend to fast today to make up for a fast that I missed or one that was invalid".

Selling branded items and trading in shares

Q:

1. Hermes is a fashion brand and its name was taken from a Greek figure. However, the bags do not have the Greek symbol for Hermes. Is it permissible to sell the bags anyway? What I mean with Greek figure is Greek 'god' (their words, not mine).

What about selling Louis Vuitton bags or Jordan Sneakers. Their name doesn't represent a 'god'. Just a person.

2. My second question is about day trading. First of all, is day trading stocks (non-haram businesses) permissible. And what about day trading crypto. So, trading ARK for BTC. Both are cryptocurrencies. Is this trade a form of riba because it seems like it is a 'gold for gold' trade (both cryptocurrencies, but they have different values and meanings).

3. You said that investing in halal companies is permissible, however the interest that they are involved in is totally forbidden. But does that make my earnings forbidden (and does it come in the category of 'witnessing riba')?
