Keeping the name Mana

Q: I am marrying a convert who is not obliged to change his name as his name does not mean anything that goes against Islam, however my family has requested he still have a Muslim name for the family and Muslim community for introductory purposes, also in case he willingly would like to change his name. That being said, is he able to have the name Mana/Maana /Manha/Maanah as a Muslim name? I have seen this name online as acceptable names but it is referred for both girls and boys depending on spelling. Please confirm which spelling is acceptable Islamically for a boy and the meaning of it.

Authenticity of a Hadith regarding the time before Qiyaamah

Q: Can you tell me if this hadith is sahih or hasan ?

And al-Hakim narrated in the hadith of Ibn Mas’ud from the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) that he said: “…Then death will rapidly increase among the believers, until no believer is left. So the unbeliever will say: “We were frightened of the believers before, but now there is not a single one of them left! And no repentance will be accepted from us!” So they will mate openly in the streets like animals…So things will remain like that until there are no more children born out of marriage, and all of the people on earth will be children of adultery. So they will remain like that for as long as Allah wills, then Allah will cause all of the women’s wombs to become barren for thirty years; no woman will give birth, and there will not be a single child on earth. And all of them will be children of fornication, and they will be the worst of people. It is upon them that the Hour will come.”

Condition in the Hereafter of those Muslims who were involved in sins

Q: There are those Muslims who do a lot of sin but also do good deeds. Like they would go clubbing and listen to music, not wear scarf, be in haraam relationships etc but still give charity, sometimes read salaah and they’d fast etc . So how does the saying : “you will die as you lived” apply to them when they live by doing both good and bad? How will they be dealt with in the hereafter , will they pay for their sins in jahhannum and then be rewarded for their good deeds in Jannah after or how does it work if they are not forgiven?

Income of a person who writes novels

Q: My son is a free Lance writer. He has an account on "up work". Clients contact him and give him a plot of novel or short story. He writes the novel or story for them. Then they publish it with their own name. These novels are usually based on fantasy and horror. I am not happy with this, but my son has bipolar disorder. He feels good and normal while writing. I want to ask you if I can use the money earned by him (by writing novels). Can I pay my electricity bill with this money. Sometimes he brings eatables for his younger brother or sisters, should I allow them to eat it.
