Q: If I do not touch the Arabic text, is it permissible to read from Munaajaat-e-Maqbool without wudhu?

Q: I am currently doing hifz. I try my best to refrain from any sin, however my memory is very week and it is hard for me to memorize. Is there any advice one can give to me on how to memorize and is there any specific duas I should read?

After having proof her husband gave her divorce and the girl went to her parents house. Now what should the boy have to return to her in addition to her mahar? Should the jewelry they gave her at the time of marriage be given back to her or not? Jewelry is with the boy. The girl didn't take anything except her clothes and simple jewellery which she wears daily.

Q: If a husband strictly prohibits his wife to use online chat platforms based on her life before marriage (she used to freely talk with non-mahrams - Alhamdulillah now she repented and practicing the proper ways now, May Allah forgive her and me). Even if she uses it to chat with her relatives he objects due to the fear that may lead to the temptation of her pre-marriage life. But he allows his wife to talk with her relatives through phone calls and by meeting directly with the proper hijaab. Is it right what the husband is doing or is he going to extremes?

Q: I would like to know if I get a job as a financial advisor which involves the selling of life cover, non-shariah compliant investments, etc. Would the money earned from this occupation be halaal or haraam?

Q: I had deposited jewellery in my friends house and he says it is stolen and he also says he doesn't remember me giving the jewellery but he is ready to pay the amount for that. Should I accept the money from him since he is not sure who has stolen it and vaguely remembers that I have given him the jewellery. Is it permitted for me to take money from him and if yes how much to take?
