Inheritance

Q: My grandmother is dead and the entire estate is in my grandfathers grip. During my grandfathers life time he stated that after his death his two factories would be inherited by his 3 sons and out of the 2 houses one to the sons and one to 2 daughters. He even gifted them plots And always helped the children with money. Wasn't that unfair or unjust towards the daughters. And actually the sons earn from that business and live in that house. So, whats the masaail would it be ok if the daughters forgive my grandfather and their brothers.

Wife masturbating the husband

Q: My question is that I have been married since 2004. She is often busy with kids and we don't find time to have pleasures with each other. Masturbation is not allowed in Islam but if your wife lets you masturbate with her own hands is it allowed. Secondlly, after having long intervals is it allowed to masturbate with using hands like while taking shower throw water on penis to feel satisfied or relaxed and to avoid wrong doings outside?

Girl speaking to her mother in-law and sister in-law before nikaah

Q: A girl is engaged and her nikah will be after few months. Her mother in-law telephones her and asks her khair khabar once in a while she also telephones her. Is there anything wrong in telephoning one's in-laws before nikaah? Please note that she doesn't speak with father in-law or her fiance as they are not halaal for her yet. She just speaks with her mother in-law and sister in-law.

Expressing one's love for one's husband

Q: Is there any limit in loving one's husband? Me and my husband are trying our best to abide by the rules of Shar'iah, we remind each other about ahkaamat of Allah taala. So alhmdulillah our relationship is filled with love. So we want to express our love for each other. So can I say to my husband I love you more than anything / you are my everything/ you are my world/my heart is perfect because you are inside /my day and night is filled with your thoughts and so on? Will it be like I am telling I love him more than Allah and his messenger? But in my heart it is not like that, even though I love my husband intensely, Alhmdulillah I love Allah and his Rasul (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) and I don't agree with anyone where ahkamat of shariah will be broken if I do so, be it my beloved husband.
