Purchasing a car in Saudia Arabia on instalments

Q: In Saudi Arabia, the Toyota Cars company will sell the car on installment and the procedure is as follows: (1) First of all they will make an agreement, that they are giving this car on rental basis and fix some amount as a monthly rent. (2) After completing 4 or 5 years, they will sell the car to the same person who took for 4 to 5 years on a rental basis, by considering that now, this car is second hand car and hence they will take some lumpsome amount of SAR 15,000/- or SAR 20,000/- etc. Lastly they will transfer the car to that party. (3) Is it permissible to take the car as above said procedure based on Islam. (4) Please clarify and reply me.

Child born out of wedlock

Q: I'm hoping you can shed some light on this matter, nonetheless I have a daughter out of wedlock. Her father is Christian. I withheld visitation because I know I've committed a major sin. I've repented and I'm still doing it, anyway is it permissible for him to see and be an active role in her life? I don't know if there's anything I can do because he took me to childrens court. So she goes to him every Sunday. He feeds her food out of their house and they are pork eaters even though I send her lunch and snacks with. He even gives her food out of other Christian peoples house. I once saw his cousin's husband kissing her on her mouth. Any advice will be appreciated.

Acknowledging one's mistake

Q: I'm married Alhamdulillah. When my husband lectures me via a message, of course I don't argue back. Then do I just not reply to him? Wouldn't that sound like I'm ignoring him even though I'm reading all the messages. Its my fault I accept. But when I say something it sounds like I'm arguing. So when my husband is lecturing me via a message then do I just not reply or what should I say?

Putting on one's ihraam before passing the miqaat

Q: My friend is travelling for Umrah next week. He will land to Jeddah, from there he will travel to Makkah without making Ihraam and making Niyyat of Umrah. From the hotel after checking in he will go to Masjid-e-Ayesha with the niyyat of umrah and from there he will wear ihraam and will perform Umrah. Is it ok or is it mandatory that he has to make the niyyat from Jeddah?

Tahiyyatul musjid

Q: In the English translation of Behishti Zewar, Heavenly Ornaments, it says under 'The time of Salaat', 'Rules Related to the Times of Salaat', that: "Once dawn breaks and fajr time enters, then apart from the two rakaats sunnah and two rakaats fard of fajr salaat, it is makruh to offer any other nafl salaat. However, it is permissible to offer any qada salaat and to make sajdah-e-tilaawat." (1) Does this mean that if I happen to perform the two rakaats sunnah at home, it is makruh to perform Tahiyyatul musjid when entering the Musjid? (2) Does this also mean that if I do not perform the two rakaats sunnah at home, it is makruh to perform the two rakaats sunnah with the multiple intention of it being Tahiyyatul musjid as well?

Hajj accreditation

Q: I received accreditation for Hajj 2015 Alhamdulillah. Am I now considered called by that special calling from Allah Most High (Hujja)? Is this special invitation specific to time, place, condition of the heart or simply the decree of Allah Ta'ala realised in the way it will unfold e.g. accreditation, means etc.
