Wearing a topi to work

Q: A friend of mine was told by his sheikh that it is ok if he does not wear his topi to work. I was going to tell him to ask what the wisdom behind that was. I know with all the stuff that is going on it could be a reason. But it does not sit well with me. The Yahood wear there hats. The Sikhs wear there turbnans. Why should us Muslims be afraid to be Muslims or shy away just for there work places. Please explain me the wisdom because I keep getting bad thoughts towards his sheikh. I stop them as best as I can. But it is just bothering me.

Rejecting a proposal

Q: Is it wrong Islamically to reject a marriage proposal because the guy has a disability. Alhamdulilah he is a good guy but he has a speech disability wherein he stutters a lot. Sometimes it's difficult to understand what's he is saying.

Doubting if one had wudhu when one lead the Salaah

Q: A person was in 30% doubt about whether he had wudhu, but gave himself the benefit of the doubt and attended the masjid. He was called to lead the salah as the imam was not present. After salaah this doubt becomes 70% sure that his wudhu had broken previously.

1) What is the condition of his salaah, and all the Muqtadis?

2) if he was 100% sure now that his wudhu had broken, what now would be the ruling?

Inheritance

Q: My father passed away last year and left a verbal will of how his estate shall be distributed amongst his children. The family are all aware of this as it was said to all of them. We are now in an unislamic court over the matter since one of them is just being plain greedy. Please advise.

Abortion

Q: I am a female blessed with a son (2 years old) and now expecting again but I am very weak and so scared to have another child. Now my question is what does Islam say about abortion for a weak woman?

Wife not happy in the marriage

Q: I have asked a question previously about my divorce. My marriage was forced and I am not happy. Other than my happiness I am afraid I am not able to fulfil my husband rights being a wife. You have instructed me to go to local mosque or scholar which is not possible for me. I can not go alone and put my question in front of anyone. What Islam says if girl is not happy with a person, I don't feel love or affection for my husband even I try a lot but then I become rude towards him. He had physical relations with a girl and other problems as well for which he said sorry. But still if I want to end this relation would that be ok? Do all marriages are like that where I don't feel anything for him, even our sex life is also very bad. Please guide me what should I do. I can not tell my family, they say we need some solid reason to end this relation. Only way of ending this relation is if I ask my husband to leave me and if I do everyone is going to attack me for this. Please tell me what is the right thing to do? Should I tell my husband even I told him many times that we are not mentally compatible and not happy in this relation but he never pay attention.
