Employee not honouring an agreement made when starting employment

Q:

1. If an employer insists that the employee must join remotely and relocate within 3 months. Can the employee agree (contractually/verbally), then proceed to work online for the first 3 months and serve a notice period? Does he have to fulfill the conditions?

2. Would the employee be sinful for not intending to relocate before he enters into such an agreement or for going back on a promise? Does that affect the income received for work done? Also, is such a condition valid and isn't the employee entitled to a salary for the period he has worked?

Breaking a promise made to Allah

Q:

1. If I make a promise and say insha Allah after it, would I have to pay kaffarah if I break that promise? For example, if I say I promise not to eat a chocolate for three days insha Allah and end up eating the chocolate would I have to pay kaffarah for breaking that promise?

2. If I have to pay kaffarah, how much do I have to pay?

3. If I have to pay the kaffarah and I made a few other promises just like that and they're all broken, do I have to pay separately for each, or once for all of them?

Husband says to wife, “If you ever again say to me ‘this is your fault/this is my fault’, then Allah’s qasam I will switch off my phone and will never open it again.”

Q: Husband says to wife, “If you ever again say to me ‘this is your fault/this is my fault’, then Allah’s qasam I will switch off my phone and will never open it again.” If wife ever utters those statements in future and the oath breaks, will the husband have to pay kaffarah or what will he have to do? Since it is not possible to switch off the mobile forever.

Breaking a promise

Q: If someone said "I promise I won't repeat this namaaz again or break it, Ya Allah please help me" then they repeated the namaz they didn't have any specific niyyat when saying Ya Allah but they were aware they were saying Allahs name. Do they have to give kaffarah?

Kaffarah for breaking an oath

Q: If a person makes a promise to himself that In Sha Allah I will not do that particular sin (masturbation) and if I do this sin again, I will perform 13 fasts + 60 nafal salaah and 20000 sadaqa in a month.

Now, if that person committed the sin (masturbation) again and again and he also broke the promise or wants to break the promise since looks impossible to fulfill, what is the way forward.
