Breaking oaths and promises
Q: As a child I would not take promises and oaths seriously and this continued even after buloogh... I am 18 years old and only now have I realized the seriousness of it. What do I do?

Q: A person in America wants to give kaffarah-e-yameen in South Africa. Can he give it according to the rate of sadaqatul fitr in South Africa or will it have to be according to the rate in America? Please advise
Q: Can I delay the expiation for broken promises until I get enough money to feed poor people? Its already maybe four or five years since I know I should pay kaffarah but now I think insha-Allah within two months I can pay kaffarah. So should I wait or should I start fasting? Right now I cannot fast because of my health condition.

1. If an employer insists that the employee must join remotely and relocate within 3 months. Can the employee agree (contractually/verbally), then proceed to work online for the first 3 months and serve a notice period? Does he have to fulfill the conditions?
2. Would the employee be sinful for not intending to relocate before he enters into such an agreement or for going back on a promise? Does that affect the income received for work done? Also, is such a condition valid and isn't the employee entitled to a salary for the period he has worked?
Q: Sometime back I took an oath never to step into my in laws home again. My husband keeps asking me to go with him. When I remind him, he doesn't go either. What should I do?
