Oaths & Vows

Q: The way before I made a prayer that if I succeed in so and so I will try my level best to offer tahajjud regularly. So if for some reason I skip a day or days then did I commit a sin? Offering tahajjud regularly for the sake of mannat, does this make the reward of tahajjud any less? I made supplication like this "Allah apne kamyaabi di to mein tahajjud ki pabandi karney ki puri koshish karungi "

Q: Does saying the following sentence constitute a oath: " tawbah that I will use this phone ever again."?

Q: I asked someone to say some specific words. That Person said it in normal way but I knew it from my heart that that person was lying to me so I asked him to swear to Allah on this and I insisted many times. During our conversation that person once mentioned that my (that person's) life in this world is destroyed and you want to ruin my Akhira (world hereafter) as well. At last that person said those words with "swear to Allah". My question is now what to do? What is the Kafaarah in this situation and what are the obligations on me towards that specific incident because it was I who was insisting for this again and again. What should I do for that person?

Q: Please tell me what a woman should do if she makes a vow in tuhur that she will read all her nafl salaah for the next 2 weeks, but in between her haid started? Should she compensate this vow? And how should she? Or is this vow maaf for her because of her haiz coming in between?

Q: Sometimes I fix some monetary punishment (verbally/written as document/mentally assume) to do or not to do a job in future. It helps me very much from saving myself from many wrong doings. However sometimes, I fail to maintain it and make the wrong doing. Now my inquiry is: 

1. Is it wajib to pay the punishment money since I did not utter Allah’s name i.e. Kosom or Mannoth on Allah’s name?
2. What is the Islamic ruling in this issue?

س:  في الماضي في أحد الأيام، وقع في بطني آلام شديدة، و بسبب الخوف الشديد على صحتي، قد أقسمت بالقسم، و تلفظت بمثل هذه الكلمات: "يا ربي إني أقسم لك، لو إنتهت الآلام، أنا كل يوم، سأشتغل بالتهليل، بل بزيادة التهليل، بقدر الممكن." (بعد القليل، إنتهت الآلام) و كنت أكرر هذا القسم بمرات كثيرة، و لكن وقع هذا التكرار في مكان واحد، و في كل مرة عندما أقسمت، كنت قصدت أمرا واحدا و قسما واحد. بل كررت القسم للتشديد فقط. و يصعب حالي بسبب أني قلت: "سأزيد التهليل كل يوم بقدر الممكن." و هذا اللفظ واسع التأويل و  التفسير. و ما كنت قائما بهذا الوعد و القسم أثناء عشرة سنوات، حتى الآن. و ما يترتب على ذلك؟ هل يكفي لي توزيع كفارة اليمين مرة واحدة فقط، و التوبة النصوح إلى الله مرة واحدة؟  إن كان هناك يجب كفارة اليمين لكل يوم من عشرة سنوات - فهذا صعب جدا، بل لا يمكن في حالي الإقتصادي. و لا يمكن أيضا أن أصوم بثلاث أيام متتابعة لكل يوم من عشرة سنوات، لأن ذلك ثلاثون سنوات متتابعة. ما أفعل فيما ذكرت؟ هل يجب علي نفسي التهليل بل الزيادة به كل يوم بقدر الممكن؟ و كيف أشرح على نفسي اللفظ : "بقدر الممكن؟"  ما نصيحتكم لي؟

Q: I made a mannat that if my wish is fulfilled I will pray tahajud, 500 times durood shareef every day and finish one Qur'an every month. I pray tahajud and durood ever day, but since I started memorising Quran cannot finish one Qur'an every month. Please tell me what is kuffarah.

Q:  If a person says if Allah cures me I will not miss my salah and I will not listen to music etc.After this person was cured he missed his Salaah and he listened to music. Does he have to pay a different kaffaarah for every oath and can he pay the kaffaarah in cash?

Q: If a person makes a dua: ‘Ya ALLAH i promise i will not commit such and such a sin again’. However, after making this promise if the person again commits the sin then will he have to give kaffarah for it?  Please can you also mention the amount of kaffarah?
