Q: If a girl got married and her mahr was not given to her at that time, now she is divorced. Can she still ask for it?

Q: Maine aapne walidean ke izazat ke bina court married aur nikaah ki thi jab unnhe bataya tu unhune mujhe ghar se bhaga diya main ab apne shohar ke sath rehti ho tu kya hamara nikaah mana nahi jayega kya humlog ko phir se nikaah karna hoga mere walidean ki izazat ke sath aur main shaikh ho aur mere shohar sayyed hai tu kya isse hamara nikaah par kuch asar hoga?
Nikaah ke maamle me maa baap ke saat mashwarah karna
Q: Me jis insan se pyar karti hon aur hum donao ne shadi ka faisla bhi karliya hai. Phir hum donao may bahut sare pareshani aarahi hai. Mera khwab a hai k jab wo larka mujhse milne aarahe hote meri khala wahan aajate, aur unhe dekh kar hum donao nahin milpate, aur wo hamare ghar zabardasti aajate hum koi bhi unhe nai rooksakte. Thodi der baad my wo larka jis se mera rishta hone wala hai aur ghar pe sare loog khana khane baithe the tabhi hamare khala aajate aur wo larka ko gussa aajata wo khane se uthkar mujhe wapaas bula k apne ghar chale jate.
Marrying an adulterer
Q:
1. Can we marry a adulterer or one who has committed fornication?
2. What if a person comes to you and tells you about his sin (fornication)? What should we reply?
Mother not being pleased with the girl one wishes to marry
Q: My mum is refusing to marry me to a woman because she didn't find her pretty and she didn't like the girl's family. She says that they are dangerous and that the girl is not good (not respectful). But I know from mutual friends that the girl is righteous and she does her best to follow Islam, even if she doesn't wear Hijab. My mother had heard from a lot of families here that the girl's family is quite special and she doesn't like that. So she is arguing with me to not marry this girl. What should I do? I know from personal sources that the girl's family won't give her hand to me if I don't come with my whole family. Please tell me what should I do?
Walimah and reception
Q:
1. Should a nikaah be performed on a Friday say after Jumma salaat can the walima has be held on the Sunday?
2. Should the groom not have enough finances to host a walimah, can the boy and girl have a joined function where expenses are halved and both parties contribute?
3. Should the groom not have finances can just the walima be held?
4. In today's time there has come about a thing of reception which is held after the nikaah but before the walimah. Is this allowed ? And should this be allowed? Can it be that there is a Friday nikaah and Saturday reception but with no walima?
Getting married to save oneself from sin
Q: I have a question about zina. For example there is a man named Adnan and a woman named Fatimah. Fatimah calls Adnan and asks him to come over. Now Adnan is scared he might to do zina with her. So he ejaculates without a partner. Is ejaculating worse then zina or would the sin had been lessened if he had gone to her? And also Adnan isn't capable to get married so was it ok for him to ejaculate without a partner from the intention of saving himself from doing zina? Of course it isn't permissible to ejaculate without a partner (istimbaat fil yad) but was it ok for him to do it that one time to save himself from zina? Should he have made sabr or was it ok for him to do that?
Husband purchasing clothing for his wife and children
Q: If a husband not working at the moment. He pays the bills and mortgage still. If the wife wants to buy clothes for herself and kids, can she ask her husband or must she use her own money which she earned from little a job but that money the wife wants to save for her kids future for Islamic studies. What must she do?
