Clarification regarding the fatwa of printing press and speakers being impermissible

Q:

1. I want to ask about a matter that I am very disturbed about. I recently came to know that in 1436, in Europe, Gutenberg made the printing press, and millions of books by the end of books by the end of fifteenth century had been printed and sold, thus increasing the overall educational level of the European population. However, in the Muslim world, especially in the Ottoman Empire, it was the opposite. Ulama gave the fatwa that printing press is Haram, and thus, in 1485, the Sultan Bayezid II of Ottoman Empire declared printing press as Haram. And in 1515, the Ottoman Sultan Selim I, declared that anyone found using printing press in Ottoman lands, would be executed. I know that there must be some reason for which Ulama said that it is Haram. And I sometimes even get Waswaas about the truth of Ulama. Please can you tell me a clarifying answer.

2. Another same question is about the speaker. First Ulama said that it is Haram but later declared it as permissible. So I am confused that did Allah Na'oozubillah make a different law for different people of different times?

Feeling depressed over other people's wealth and comforts

Q: I am married. We are financially not fantastic with both of us working with 3 kids. We live with my parents. We bought an investment and sold it off but covid came and we could not repurchase a home. Now things are expensive, it's hard to get by even on two incomes. Family and friends all around me seem to be financially killing it, bought homes, have good jobs, can afford to send kids to good schools.

I feel resentment for ever getting married, listening to my parents and having kids. I feel anger towards my husband for not being financially settled and mapping out and striving for a better financially secure future. How can I get rid of these thoughts and feelings. I try being grateful and just working hard and praying but around me someone or another will mention their recent good job or house purchase or financial gains and I will go back to the bad thoughts.

How should the Ummah respond to a calamity that strikes?

Q: What is the Islamic viewpoint on earthquakes? What should our attitude be towards the people who have suffered earthquakes? Should we blame the people or should we help them?

There are people who say that we should not help those who have suffered natural disasters because they have committed a sin, that is why they are facing this calamity. Is this a correct opinion?

Moving to a non-Muslim country to study

Q: I live in a Muslim country. Can I move to Italy which is a non-Muslim country to acquire an mbbs degree and practice medicine? It is neccessary to state that this mbbs degree and practicing medicine is also possible in my Muslim country. I just want to move there due to the extra facilities. So is it permissible to move to Italy knowing that haraam is freely available there?
