Should Azaan be called out when performing qadha Salaah?
Q:
- Is Azaan Sunnat Muakkada for Qadha Salaats?
- If one leaves the Azaan constantly for Qadha Salawaat, will he be sinful?
Q:
Q: Please could you explain the method of performing qadhaa salaah missed from the time of puberty, as well as clarify the following:
Q: If a person has qadha salaahs, can he leave out the Sunnat-e-Muaqqadah and read the qadha salaahs?
Q: Is Qadha-e-Umri a fardh namaz or nafil?
Q: I have a lot qadha salaahs to make up. I am performing as many as possible after each five Salaahs. I perform qadha salaah instead of sunnat ghair muakkadah and nafils. I would like to know, is it ok to miss out performing sunnat muakkada as well so I can complete all my qadhas quicker by being able to pray more?
Q: If one has missed Fajr due oversleep, and one is going to make it up after sunrise or before praying Dhuhr, should he make the recitation loudly or silently if one is praying alone? And what if one performs it together with other people? Or with someone who wants to join him as a nafila for him?
Q: Does one need to make up for those salaah which one missed out for many years due to religiousness? Because a suit and tie Aalim had inform me that one just need to make a sincere repentance because Allaah Almighty is most merciful, most kind and most forgiving. Please answer with proofs from Qur’aan, Hadith and narratives of the pious predecessor.
Q: What is the ruling of Qadha salah? Is there any authentic ahadith regarding this? Is Qadha for those who missed salah intentionally or repentance is enough. In India we make up our salah in all cases whether it is intentionally or any other way, if we miss we make the salah. I saw a saying if Ibn Taimaiyyah : Volume 2, Page 99a: In law, there is no way for one who leaves a salah intentionally to make its qada'
Q: If Salah is not valid, how does one then repeat it thereafter individually or what should be done?
Q: My friends insist that there is qadha for missed Salaah during haidh just like there is qadha for saum. I tried explaining to them that there isn't but all they say is that I am not learned and the learned have told them. Its reached a stage where they are calculating their missed Salaahs and making qadha of it.
