Q: What is the importance of education (school/college/University) inIslam?

Q: My mother said to me to take a bath and she said that Muslims keep themselves clean, but as I didn't want to take bath and I, in anger said that I am a kafir (God forbid). So by saying in anger that I am a kafir, did I disbelieve?

Q: When performing a sunnah act, does one have to intend to do that act solely because it is sunnah. For example, if one decided to eat less, to follow the sunnah but also hoping to loose weight, is this wrong?

Q: I have a question about magic and attempting to use it or even having another black magician do certain magic on myself. I know this is a form of shirk and engaging in magic takes a person outside the fold of Islam. Does this mean I am no longer a Muslim and is it something that can be forgiven? What do I need to do? 

Q: Does saying words like 'I knew this would happen' or 'they knew she would say that' considered kufr? What about if the one who says this says it just as a prediction, and does not intend to mean that they have knowledge of the unseen?

Q: Is it ok for boys to study in co education institutes?

Q: I try to study comparative studies of different sects of Muslims. I’ve read your answers about Shias on the website where you have stated that shias are kafir. Kindly consider my following questions and answer please.

1. Are shias or anyone who have hatred in their hearts for Rightly guided caliphs or he/she criticize them are kafir?

2. Does anyone who speaks ill about Umm ul Momineen makes him/her kaafir?

3. If answer for above questions is YES, then why do our Muhadditheen narrated from them prophetic narrations? (Ubayd Allah bin Musa al-Absi, Abbad bin Yaqub al-Rawajini & Abd al-Malik bin Ayan al-Kufi and more)

4. Is it allowed to narrate from kaafir whether he/she is truthful?

5. Do we have any narration in our Sihah books or other books of Ahadeeth narrated from any non-muslim except shias?

Q: Is there a difference between Wahabbis and Deobandis? If yes, what is it? I know it can be a bit irrelevant but I don't go to shrines and family go. I haven't told them, I just make excuses so, I shared this with some friends and close friends said that I should write to someone but few of them said that it means that my sect is Deobandi and some said Wahabbis.

I'm sure if it's necessary to have a sect? Please tell me if I'm on the right path and if it's according to our Deen? If not then what should I do?

Q: If a Muslim wished someone merry christmas will he have become a kafir, because in modern times christmas is just another cultural money making thing and people do not know the reality of christmas that it is the celebrating of jesus birthday and therefore if a muslim said merry christmas at a time without realising at the time the consequence and value of what he was saying he merely just said it out of respect or he said it but out of regret then will he become a kafir at that point? Because a muslim could have said the words merry christmas but with regret in his heart, obviously one understands to not do such a thing again but will he have become kafir for saying this without truly meaning it ?
