Q: Due to unavoidable circumstance, can one perform Tawaaf-e-Wida in Haj after Tawaf-e-Ziyrah during the days of Qurbani? Example on the 12th Zil Haj morning though Rami of 12th Zil Haj is to be completed.

Forgetting to make idtibaa' in the tawaaf of Umrah
Q: Alhamdulillah, I performed Umrah this week. After performing tawaaf and before performing the waajib-ut-tawaaf salaah, I realized that I forgot to open my right shoulder while performing tawaaf. However, I completed the remainder of the Umrah.
What is the ruling if I forgot to open my right shoulder while performing the tawaaf? Should I sacrifice a goat as damm?

Doubting if one's wudhu broke during tawaaf
Q: I performed umrah last night. Now I have a doubt if my wudhu broke or not whilst making tawaaf. What must I do?
Performing tawaaf on behalf of someone else
Q: I have been told that it is permissible to perform tawaaf on behalf of anyone, regardless of his or her status. However, someone else has told me that this is only so, if the person on whose behalf we are offering tawaaf is invalid, poor, too old or deceased. Please clarify.

Performing tawaaf and sa'ee on a wheelchair
Q: A person who was doing Saee of Safa Marwa walking got hurt by a wheelchair,will the Saee be valid if he does the remaining Saee from where he left of sitting on a wheelchair? In the above situation the person was able to walk properly the next day, does he need to repeat the Saee walking? If the above scenario is regarding tawaf, what is the ruling?
Making tawaaf on a wheelchair
Q: Is it permissible for a person who has agoraphobia and often has panic attacks to do tawaaf of the Ka'ba sitting in a wheelchair? Will the tawaaf be valid?
Performing tawaaf on the upper level
Q: If someone, as part of umrah, performs tawaf in the top level mataf (which is made for people with wheelchairs), will the tawaf be valid even if he is healthy and able to perform tawaf on the ground floor? I am asking since a family member is wheelchair bound, and it is easiest if the whole family sticks together and perform umrah together with him rather than splitting up, which would mean that everyone would perform tawaf on the top floor.
