Tawaaf-e-wida

Q: Due to unavoidable circumstance, can one perform Tawaaf-e-Wida in Haj after Tawaf-e-Ziyrah during the days of Qurbani? Example on the 12th Zil Haj morning though Rami of 12th Zil Haj is to be completed.

A: The Sunnah is that one performs tawaaf-e-wida after completing all the rituals of Hajj (i.e. after completing the rami). However, if one made a nafil tawaaf after tawaaf-e-ziyaarah and did not make tawaaf-e-wida later on, the nafil tawaaf will suffice for tawaaf-e-wida and damm will not be waajib.
