Haiz, Istihaazah & Nifaas

Q: I sometime have brown discharge after one or two weeks of my menses which is some time accompanied by slight pain. Am I pure? Can I pray salah and fast?

Q: I recently went to a Muslim doctor and I mentioned to her regarding me getting yellow discharge now and then. So I asked does she consider it haiz and she told me no, maybe it's like an illness or something else but from what she knows brown is like dried blood but not yellow discharge. Can I take this advice from her?

Q: I will be travelling from Jhb to Dubai and from Dubai to Madinah. When I depart I will be in the state of haidh but it will stop over the course of the journey.

1. If I realise that I am no longer in the state of haidh whilst on the plane and ghusl is not possible and salaah time will set in and pass while on the plane, what are my options?

2. If haidh ends and I cannot make ghusl, would I be considered to have been paak and if 78km away from Madina will qasr then apply to me? Or will I only be considered paak once ghusl is made upon landing and so full salaah applies?

Q: What is the cut off age of menopause? After that age will she regard that haid as istihadha? Will that age be according to her Islamic age?

Q: 

1. A girl has a haidh habit of 4 days, but for the past year she has been bleeding for over ten days. Does she have to wait for the full ten days to be over and then make qadha of the 6 days salah, or can she start reading after the 4th day as she is sure that she is going to bleed for more than 10 days?

2. If she thinks her haidh is over after 7 days and makes ghusl and starts reading salah, and then sees blood again on the 9th day and it continues past the tenth day, will the salah she read from the 7th to the 10th day be counted or will she still have to make qadha of them?

Q: I am traveling from Qatar to perform umrah but I have got my periods and I can’t wait until my periods are over as we have our flights booked. What can I do?

Q: A woman completes her haidh at home but only has a ghusl after reaching her destination which is muaafir distance. Will she read salaah as a musaafir or not?

Q: A girl experiences a white discharge everyday. When discharge dries it turns yellow. Is this Istihada? Is she considered ma'zoor?

Q: If a woman sees brown discharge during and after 15 days of her haidh finishing (tuhr period), but she knows this brown discharge won't last for the minimum 3 days and it's not like how her usual haidh is, does she still have to stop salah?

Q: A woman is currently in Makkah Mukarramah. She has completed her umrah etc. and she spotted just once after Zuhr Salaah. Since then, she has not seen any blood or spotting and more than 24 hours have passed. She has completed more than 15 days of tuhr and it could be her haidh. What does she do? Can she perform tawaaf in this condition?
