Pause signs in the Qur'an

Q: Why does the Usmaani script of the Quran not have the same signs of pause as in the Indopaak script? For example in many verses of the Quran, I see one verse in the indopaak script has a compulsory stop sign but that same Verse in the uthmani script doesn't have it. Like in Ayat number 13 of Surah Yaseen. The meem which is used to indicate a compulsory stop is Present in Ayat number 13 of Surah Yaseen in the indopaak script but it isn't present in the uthmani script. Why is this?

Questions relating to qiraat

Q: I have a question about Qiraat. I have heard there are ten different Qiraat. Please kindly explain and also is Qiraat reading in a beautiful voice like where your voice goes high and low. Please kindly explain in detail as we would like to study Qirat and not sure which is correct.

Wahi

Q: This is just a small enquiry to help me to understand something a little better. The number of times that Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) received revelation from Hazrat Jibraeel (Alayhis Salaam). I have read that it is as many as 23000 times? Does this figure sound correct (I could be remembering incorrectly or maybe there was a typing mistake in what I read). The reason I wonder whether this figure is correct, is because the Qur'an has almost 6300 ayats, and some surahs were revealed at all at once, but there were also times that only a part of an ayat was revealed, so I thought (probably mistakenly) that a figure around 6300 would be more correct. If possible, please kindly explain if 23000 is correct.
