Sitting on a chair and reciting Qur'an

Q: Increasingly persons with little or no pain in the legs are sitting on comfortable sofas at home and on chairs in the Musjid reciting Qur'an as they would read a newspaper. Their excuse being it's not a sin. Is it? How should one sit when reciting Qur'an? What naseehah can be offered to relatives and friends who see no problem sitting on a chair, sometimes with legs stretched out, reciting Qur'an?

Tafseer of Surah Nisa', verse 16

Q: Does this mean that don't punish them if they repent, Allah is of forgiving or punish them and if they repent leave them. Allah is of the forgiving (4:16)? And the two who commit it among you, dishonor them both. But if they repent and correct themselves, leave them alone. Indeed, Allah is ever Accepting of repentance and Merciful. The script of the Qur'an

Q: I noticed that the word fitrat (فطرة) is spelled in the Qur'an with a long taa rather than the round one (i.e. فطرت as in فطرت الله). Is it part of our religion that the spelling must be made in this way? Was it something that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) commanded?
