Q: When reading a kitaab, like Fazaa'il-e-A`maal for example, one often comes across a single verse or several short verses of the Qur'an Shareef being quoted. (1) Before reciting such a verse, must one recite Ta'wuz and Tasmiyah? (2) Can one just read the English translation below the verse and not the actual Arabic verse itself?

Q: In Surah Infitar (82) Verse 7, Allah Ta'ala says ‘Who created you, proportioned you, and balanced you’. Is this ayat supposed to be understood for human beings in general? Q: We download the Quran on our cell phones. Do we have to respect our phones like we do for real paper Quran? Like not sitting on it, not touching it without ablution etc and what about the memory card if there is a Quran stored in it? What is the ruling?
Q: A person has a small Qur'an in his top pocket. Would it be permissible to perform Salaah with it in the pocket because in sajdah the Quran would be quite low?
