Why is the ladies Ruku' different from the males?

Q: Why is the ladies Ruku' different from the males (they only touch the tips of the fingers on the knees), whereas Nabi (SAW) mentioned many warnings against it e.g the Hadith of stealing from Salaat, the Mursal Hadith in Abu Dawud only proves the Sajdah not the Ruku'?

A: The ladies ruku is proven from the riwaayat of Musannaf Abdur Razzaq on the authority of Ataa (rahimahullah).

عن عطاء قال تجتمع المراة إذا ركعت ترفع يديها إلى بطنها وتجتمع ما استطاعت فإذا سجدت فلتضم يديها إليها وتضم بطنها وصدرها إلى فخذيها وتجتمع ما استطاعت (مصنف عبد الرزاق رقم 5069)
