Q: 2007 me 3 partners ne milkar ek IT company start ki 3 no partners monthly equally sharing karte the company me struggling tha aur better oppertunity milte hi 2009 ke andar 1 partner dusri country ke andar shift ho gaya aur permenant vahi pe set ho gaya ab raha masla ye ke in me se 2 patners pehle sath me business karte the to unke pass kuch tables,chairs,AC aur computers the jin ke andar 2 partner ka invesments tha ab to 1 partner ne permenatly company chor di abhi vo yaha aaya he to hum usko share dene chahte he to kis tarah count kiya jayega? hamare accountant ka mashwera ye he ke aap apni mutul understanding se vo partner ko ek amount de do 2009 se lekar aaj tak unka 0% involment he ab kya kiya jaye kis tarah unko share diya jaye?

A: Agar teesre shareek (partner) jo muntaqil huwe doosre mulk, agar us ne apne paise shirkat me chowra owr shirkat ku khatam nahi kya doosre dow shareek ke saat, to wo shirkat teeno ke darmiyaan jaari he owr wo teesre shareek nafa owr nuqsaan me bhi shareek he.
