Not sure whether one had taken an oath

Q: If I am unsure if I made an oath not to do something, but I possibly might have and I don't know, must I refrain for life or is it ok to do it?

A: If you are not sure whether you had taken the oath, then the oath is not valid.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
