Q: Can hurmate musahara apply if a girl age 8 years 7 months according to Islamic calendar and 8 years 4 month according to esaai calendar?
A: If she is not yet baaligh and there are no signs of maturity then hurmate musaaharah will not apply to her at this age.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
