Q:
1. Going to gym a where music is played. Is it allowed if i am going only to be fit?
2. What are the methods in Islam to loose weight or stay fit?
A:
1. Avoid going to such places.
2. Eat to one-third of your stomach, drink one-third and leave the remaining one-third empty. Eat only when you are hungry and avoid foods etc that are harmful.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
