Q: Agar koi aadmi apni biwi ko ik he waqt mein teen talaaq likh kar day or os admi ka taluk al e sunnit sa ho lakin talaq diny ke bad os ko sharmandgi or afsos ho to vo admi Al Hadis sa fatwa ly k ik mujlis ki 3 talaq ik talaq hoti ha kia is tra fatwa leny sa vo donu pely ki tra husband or wife bn kr reh skty hen Quran o Hadis ki roshni mein please bataen aisa krny sa vo husband or wife rehn gay ya Halala krny k beghair vo mian bivi ne bn skty.

A: Ye haraam he. Ahle hadeeth isko kehte he jo hadeeth ko jaante he samajhte he aur us par amal karte he. Imaam Bukhaari se oonche koi ahle hadeeth kon ho sakta he. Woh bhi teen talaaq ko teen hee kehte the.
