Q: I would like to know if the new reef socks are regarded or can be used as the khuffein sock. It's made from wetsuit material.
A: Some of the material that has come before us we disapprove of it. They are not regarded as suitable for masah.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
