Preventing one's mother from remarrying

Q:

1. My cousin's husband passed away last year and she wants to know that if she remarries, which husband will be her partner in the ahkira?

2. Does her children have a right to stop her from getting married. 

A:

1. She should first make an effort to get to Jannah. Once she is in Jannah she will get whatever her heart desires.

2. No.
