Q: What is the rulling regarding a secret nikaah if both boy and girl are of a mature age and the parents refuse.
A: It is shameful and against the Sunnah for a girl to look for her own suitor and get married without the consent of her parents or guardians.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
