Love spells

Q: I am 15 years old but I was misguided and tried a few love chant spells that didn't work. What can I do to ask for forgiveness and do I need to revert as its shirk. The thing is I am only 15 years old so will it not be as punishable?

A: We are not aware of the words you were using. If it contains any wrong word then this is wrong. If the words amount to shirk and disbelief then you should renew your faith and imaan, and if the words were of a haraam nature then you should make sincere taubah and leave them out totally.
