Reciting Mu'awwazatain and blowing on oneself before sleeping

Q: Which Surahs and Aayaat should be read before blowing into ones hands and rubbing the body at the time of sleeping and explain the method of the blowing and rubbing.

A: Surah Ikhlaas and Mu`awwazatain.

After reciting these three surahs blow onto you hands and rub your body up to where the hands can easily reach.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
