Will repentance be accepted after death?

Q: I was listening to tarjuma of Surah Al Imran Ayat 90. Does this ayah mean that the repentance will not be accepted after death? And if a person repents before dying it will be accepted?

A: Yes, repentance will not be accepted after death.
