Liquid coming out of one's private part after taking fardh ghusal

Q: I had the bad habit of masturbation. After doing this act I never walked 40 steps or urinated. A clear liquid came out, is ghusal nessacary?

A: If it looks like mani (semen) then you will have to do ghusl.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
