Q: Agar tajdeed-e-imaan ke ba'd tajdeed-e-nikaah kiya jaye to kiya usme hum mahr rakh sakte he? Although mehr is not needed, I read it somewhere, but is there any problem if we keep the mahr in tajdeed-e-niksah after tajdeed-e-imaan?
A: Agar na`oozubillah koi Islam se phir gaya aur imaan ki tajdeed ki zaroorat huwi aur isee tarah se nikaah ki tajdeed huwi to is soorat me mahr jadeed bhi diya jaaye.
