Q: Is it permissible for a woman to wear sportswear during training within the privacy of her house where no one can see her?
A: As long as it is modest. If there is nobody in the house, it does not mean that Allah Ta`ala is not watching.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
