Discharging the value of the goats which one took an oath to give in sadaqah

Q: I had some problems in my life. I promised to my dear Allah that I will do sadaqah in the form of goats. It became four goats as a whole. Is it mandatory to do sadqa in the form of goats? Or I can pay the money in place? If so then how much I have to pay?

A: You can discharge the value of the goats in sadaqah.
