Women working
Q: A hadeeth of Saheeh Al Bukhaari mentions that Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said "A community cannot succeed whose main decisions are taken by women".
As we see around us, we find that women are making better decisions than men. In the business field and in education, girls are performing better than men. If you see in the business field, women are making more profit than men can. Thailand has 30% CEO AS WOMEN.
Is this hadeeth authentic?
A: Allah Ta`ala has designed the administration of this world. The administration will go right if each one takes his right place. If the woman assumes the man's place then who will take care of the home and the growing children.
Secondly, when women come out into the workplace then the workplace has its own challenges. A big percent of women who come out of the home environment complain of some type of abuse.
Thirdly, when the children are not supervised and shown love by their mothers then in time the percentage of delinquents begin to rapidly grow.
Fourthly, when the husband realises that she is earning very well then he becomes sluggish and dependent on her and he does not perform as he ought to. Then you have fights and disputes within the marital home which lead up to divorce and severance. Thereafter, it leads you to single parents running to courts for custody and all the other complications that go with it.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
