Taking long to make ghusal

Q: I get frequent wet dreams. The problem is that it takes me about 30 mins daily to do ghusl. The main problem in ghusl is washing my feet which can take upto 20 mins because my feet has dirt inside the lines so I rub them with a pedicure stone until they are gone.

I am moving to a hostel for educational purposes and there I will have only few, maximum 5 mins for a bath as there will be a communal bathroom. Plus, the temperature can be 0°c or below too so I can't take a long bath. What do I do as I am becoming depressed due to this thing?

A: There is no need to take so long to make ghusal. The maximum time it should take you to make ghusal is between 5 to 10 minutes. Make ghusal according to the sunnah and thereafter don't worry about washing extra.

The method of making ghusal according to the sunnah is that one commences by washing the hands and thereafter washing the private areas. Thereafter, one should make wudhu and then one should wash the entire body thrice. One will commence by washing the head thrice and thereafter by washing the right and left shoulder thrice. One should ensure that one gargles the mouth and rinses the nostrils while making wudhu as this is fardh in ghusal.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
