Making changes to one's wasiyyat

Q: If a person had done a wassiyyat to give all his wealth to his nephew five years ago. Last year, he made a wassiyyat to give all his wealth to the mosque. Which wassiyat should be considered, the first or last?

A: The person has got the right to change his wasiyyat. If he changed it from his nephew to the musjid then he has the right to do it. Further, it should be kept in mind that wasiyyat can only be made upto one-third of the estate.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
