When should the Imaam make the announcement to straighten the saffs?

Q: When is the sunnah time for the words to straighten the suffoof to be said. What is the ruling in the hanafi madhab regarding it?

A: After the iqaamah ends, before the salaah commences.

حدثنا أنس بن مالك، قال: أقيمت الصلاة فأقبل علينا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بوجهه، فقال: أقيموا صفوفكم، وتراصوا، فإني أراكم من وراء ظهري (صحيح البخاري، الرقم: 719)
