Moulana Ashraf Ali Thanwi (rahimahullah) being a Mujaddid

Q: Is there ijma of Ulama that Moulana Ashraf Ali Thanwi (rahimahullah) was the mujadid that Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) mentioned for every hundred years?

Is the qawl that Moulana Ilyaas (rahimahullah) was a mujaddid in tableegh and Moulana Ashraf Ali Thanwi (rahimahullah) in tasawwuf and another great aalim in another field like Jihad? (Maybe the Afghan people. Masha Allah they are great fighters in Allah's path).

If someone says that no one knows Moulaaa Ashraf Ali Thanwi (rahimahullah) in hijaaz, so how was he the Mujadid? (Obviously he was. From what I know from reliable sources). How should one reply?

A: These are matters that are not subject to ijmaa.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
