Boy wearing maroon clothing

Q: I wanted to know if a boy is allowed to wear maroon colour clothing.
A: A male should avoid wearing such clothing which have bright and attractive colours and which are generally worn by women (e.g. pink, red, maroon, etc.).
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
