Maintaining and decorating a graveyard

Q: What is the ruling over the regular and constant maintenance of a Muslim Graveyard? I have heard that the graveyard must be left on its own state and let the wild bushes grow.

Secondly, is the beautification of a graveyard allowed?

A: The graveyard is supposed to be visited. So it can be reasonably visited if it is kept in a state that people can visit. If there is long tall grass and it seems like a bush then it makes it difficult for people to visit the graveyard.Yes, it is not in keeping with the spirit of a qabrastaan that you adorn it and make it look like a garden.
