Q: Can I utter words of (wishes/desires) in my dua. Example "Oh Almighty, please fulfill 'my desires and wish of a second marriage.'"
A: A better dua will be, "O Allah, grant me what is best for my deen and dunya, and keep me happy and satisfied with it."
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
