Q: My husband is doing 2 jobs at a time. While it's the rule of the first company to not join another one. Is the pay from the other job halal?
A: If the second job he is doing is in his own time, not the time he is employed by the first company, then it is permissible, and if the job he is doing is halaal, then his earnings will be halaal.
