Q: Can and imaam put on a short sleeve jubba to perform salaat in jama'ah?
A: It is makrooh to perform salaah with short sleeves. Hence, if the imaam is going to lead the people in salaah while wearing a short sleeve jubbah, then this will affect the salaah of the entire congregation.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
