A: This is a type of zina. Zina of the eyes is to watch.

عن ابن عباس : ما رأيت شيئا أشبه باللمم مما قال أبو هريرة : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم : كتب الله على ابن آدم حظه من الزنى أدرك ذلك لا محالة : فزنى العين النظر وزنى اللسان النطق والنفس تتمنى ذلك وتشتهي ويصدق ذلك الفرج أو يكذبه (صحيح ابن حبان #4420)
